Payment Policy

Payments for products can be made using the following methods: VISA, MASTER, DISCOVER, AMEX, , Wire Transfer or other prearranged payment methods, unless specific credit terms have been agreed upon by Triomnix. Please note that we do not accept credit cards issued by foreign banks.

Credit Card Policy

  • All shipments must be sent to the account holder's home or business address. For security reasons, we cannot redirect packages to a person other than the cardholder. In specific cases, Triomnix may consider shipping to an alternate address.
  • In such cases, we may require the following documentation to verify the order:
    1. A completed Card Authorization Form.
    2. A copy of the Driver's License or State-Issued Photo ID.
    3. A copy of the Credit Card (front and back).
    4. The Cardholder’s Signature on the authorization form.

All information collected will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of verifying the order.

If Triomnix determines that an order carries a high risk, we will only accept Wire Transfer as a payment method.

Order Acceptance and Fraud Prevention
Triomnix reserves the right to reject any order at its discretion. Any attempts at fraudulent payments are reported to the appropriate law enforcement agencies for further action.

Late Fee Policy
A late fee of 2.5% per month (or the highest rate permitted by law, if less) will be assessed on the total outstanding balance for invoices that are more than 30 days past due.

PayPal Fee Policy
PayPal fees are non-refundable for orders canceled after the payment has been processed.

Collections and Additional Fees
If Triomnix must engage a collection agency due to non-payment of terms or unresolved balances, all associated collection fees will be charged in addition to any applicable late fees.

2. Software and Licensing Agreements

All software is provided subject to the license agreement included in the package. By opening the package or breaking the seal, the customer agrees to be bound by the terms of the license agreement.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Licenses, digital goods, services, and non-physical goods—such as service contracts or agreements—are non-returnable once purchased.

Condition of Products

International Orders Policy

1. Business-to-Business Only
Our international trade is exclusively Business-to-Business (B2B). All international orders must have a minimum value of $400.

2. Shipping Requirements
Customers must have an active FedEx or UPS account, as international shipments are made using the customer’s shipping account.

3. Pre-Payment Method
All international orders are pre-paid via wire transfer. Once your order is placed online, we will send you the necessary wire transfer information via email.

4. Country Restrictions
We do not sell or ship products to the following countries: North Korea, Myanmar, Iran, Libya, Syria, Sudan, and Cuba.
