Cardholder Security
We take your privacy and security seriously. All cardholder information is processed securely through a trusted payment gateway, and no card details are stored on our website. Additionally, we do not share any customer information with third parties, ensuring complete confidentiality.
Sales Tax Policy
Sales tax applies to customers in the following states unless a valid and correct tax exemption certificate is provided prior to order acceptance: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, and WY.
To qualify for tax exemption, customers must submit the appropriate certificate applicable to the product's ship-to location before the order is processed.
Order Processing and Same-Day Shipping
Orders placed before 2 PM ET are typically processed and shipped the same day. We prioritize overnight orders and encourage customers with time-sensitive requests to call us directly. If your order is urgent, contacting us by phone ensures we can expedite the process and accommodate your needs. We understand that emergencies happen, and we strive to work quickly to get your order shipped as soon as possible.
Weekend and Holiday Shipping
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Weather Delay Policy
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by severe weather conditions at the origin or destination.
Business Day Shipping Policy
All shipments are based on business day travel, excluding Saturdays and Sundays, unless Saturday delivery is specifically selected.
Hotel Shipping Policy
We do not ship to guests staying at hotels under any circumstances.
We also do not ship to Po Boxes or any UPS Stores
We do not ship to PO Boxes or any UPS Stores. We require a valid street address for all orders.
Re-shipment and Shipping Upgrade Policy
A $15.00 fee will apply to re-ship any ground orders that are deemed undeliverable. Additional charges may be incurred for upgrading to a shipping method other than ground service. Customers wishing to upgrade from ground to expedited shipping must contact customer service for assistance.
Shipping and Billing Address Policy
The shipping and billing addresses must match. If they differ, please contact your credit card company to have the new shipping address approved before placing your order.
Shipping Definitions
- Saturday Delivery: Delivery will occur sometime on Saturday.
- Next Day AM Service: Delivery will occur the next business day in the morning.
- Next Day Service: Delivery will occur the next business day.
- 2-Day Service: Delivery within 2 business days.
- 3-Day Service: Delivery within 3 business days.
- Ground Shipping: Free within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Delivery times range from 1 to 7 business days, depending on the shipping address and the warehouse location. While Triomnix is based in New York, not all products will ship from our NY location, as we have business partners in multiple states.
- Ground Shipping Order Processing: Ground shipping orders may take up to 24-48 hours to process, although we strive to process them on the same day whenever possible.
- Shipping Delays and Weather Challenges: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather challenges or other carrier-related issues. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If the carrier is late due to circumstances beyond our control, no shipping credit will be issued. For specific time requirements or urgent orders, please call us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
