Return Policy

Return Period and Conditions

  • Products may be returned for a replacement or refund within 90 days of purchase.
  • After 90 days, the product falls under the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. Manufacturer warranties vary by product category.
  • Sealed retail boxed items are not returnable if opened. These must be returned to the manufacturer directly.
  • Physically damaged products are not returnable. If you receive damaged merchandise, notify the shipping carrier immediately.
  • All software is provided subject to the license agreement included in the package. By opening the package or breaking the seal, you agree to be bound by the terms of the license agreement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Licenses, digital goods, services, and non-physical goods, such as service contracts or agreements are non-returnable.
  • Opened software packages are not returnable.

Restocking Fees & Shipping Costs

  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of any returned product.
  • All replacements are shipped via ground service unless the customer opts and pays for expedited shipping.
  • Premium shipping charges and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Damaged in Transit

  • If you receive a package that shows obvious signs of damage,refuse the shipment. The shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS) is responsible for damages, not the recipient.
  • If you discover damage after opening the package, contact the carrier immediately for an inspection. Then notify Triomnix to file a claim.
  • Damaged packages must be reported to Triomnix within 2 business days of receipt. Failure to report damages within this timeframe will void the claim.

Defective/DOA Products

  • If a product is defective or dead-on-arrival (DOA), a replacement will be shipped.
  • For RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) claims where the product is found to be functional, a 50% RMA fee will be applied.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

  • Before returning a product, you must obtain an RMA number from Triomnix’s RMA department.
  • Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Triomnix must receive the merchandise within 10 days of issuing the RMA, or the RMA will be void.

Return Verification

  • Do not attempt to return items other than what was originally shipped to you. All shipments and serial numbers are scanned and/or video recorded before shipment to verify returns.


All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
