Warranty Policy

90-Day Standard Warranty

  • Coverage: The 90-day standard warranty covers defects in material or workmanship.
  • Replacement or Refund: If a defect is found, we will first attempt to replace the merchandise. Replacements will be provided as long as the item remains within the original warranty period.
  • Refund Option: If we are unable to replace the merchandise, a refund will be issued for the actual sale price of the item.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are non-refundable.
  • Triomnix’s Right to Decide: Triomnix reserves the right to determine whether to replace the product or issue a refund based on the specific circumstances of the claim.

Extended In-House Warranty (1-Year)

  • Coverage Period: The extended warranty begins after the initial 90-day warranty and extends to one year from the original purchase date as listed on the invoice.
  • One-Time Replacement: In case of a defect, Triomnix will offer a one-time replacement of the merchandise.
  • Refund Option: If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued for the actual sale price of the product.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: The warranty fee, shipping costs, and any applicable taxes are non-refundable under the extended warranty policy.
  • Triomnix’s Right to Decide: Triomnix reserves the right to decide whether to replace the product or refund the amount based on the situation and item availability.


Important Note:
The decision to replace or refund is solely at the discretion of Triomnix based on the availability of the product and condition of the item returned.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranties do not cover the following conditions or damages:

Damage Due to External Factors

  • Accident, abuse, neglect, or shock
  • Electrostatic discharge
  • Exposure to extreme heat or humidity beyond product specifications
  • Improper installation, operation, maintenance, or modification

Misuse or User Error

  • Misuse contrary to the instructions provided in the user manual
  • Lost or forgotten passwords

Malfunctions Caused by External Equipment

  • Issues or malfunctions resulting from the use of incompatible or malfunctioning external equipment.

Tampered or Altered Products

  • Warranties are void if the product is returned with:
    • Removed, damaged, or tampered labels
    • Any alterations, including removal of components or external covers

Data Loss and Damage to Other Equipment

  • Our warranties do not cover any loss of data or damage to other equipment.
  • Consequential or incidental damages and costs related to data recovery, removal, or reinstallation are also not covered.


What Should You Do to Claim the Warranty?

If a defect in the material is found, follow these steps:

  • Call us at 800-000-0000 and request an RMA number(Return Merchandise Authorization) and the return address.

Follow the Proper Return Procedure

  • Ensure that you follow the proper return procedure as instructed. Triomnix will not provide any warranty coverage if the return process is not followed correctly.
